Biography
Dr Ulrich Möller is a German theologian and ecumenical leader committed to climate justice, sustainable development, and ethical economic transformation. Since 2021, he has served as Co-Founder and Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of One Climate International Cooperative, a digital global climate initiative promoting climate neutrality and alleviating energy poverty through international collaboration.
From 2000 to 2021, he was Oberkirchenrat (Senior Church Councilor) and Member of the Governing Church Board of the Evangelical Church of Westphalia, where he headed the Department for Ecumenism, Mission, and Global Responsibility. His international engagements include leadership roles in the United Evangelical Mission (UEM), the Protestant Church in Germany (EKD) Advisory Commission on Sustainable Development, and dialogue processes of the World Council of Churches with global financial institutions. His work integrates theology, public responsibility, and the vision of an “Economy in the Service of Life.
