Geoffrey Pilirani Jonasi
Abstract
This article offers an exegetical and contextual reading of Genesis 1:26-27 and 2:15 in response to Africa’s ecological and climate crises. It interprets the imago Dei as a call to responsible participation within creation and develops a theological basis for climate justice, care and the safeguarding of life.
